So, the time has come to find out who of the brave, wise, silly, waco, loco, insane Taira's is still active. Since this is our first time(so it's supposed to be special ;-) ) I've included a question about your character story. I'm looking forward to reading them all.

Character Background:
Kazuto Taira is a 17-year old boy who has barely reached the age to be taken as a man (and still doesn't have the proper height to look adult/scary) and who inherited the Taira clan after the untimely death of his father. He spent mst of his childhood with Art, reading books, writing bad poetry, painting, Ikebana(flower arrangment) and meditation.
But then the Iseijin attacked and everything changed. Now young Shogun Taira must forge aliances with his neighbours and fight for his honor and his clan. Currently most often seen in a cockpit of his trusty Blossom fighter that he was given by a gentle Sister of Light to aid him with the problem he encountered while trying to pilot Katana (e.g. he can't reach the pedals :/) he's stadilly rising to the task of leading a Clan of slightly crazy Blood Dragons.

Character Background: Born on planet Junyo for a business man who own many platforms for fishery and drilling for petrol, his mother died when he was 4 due to a strong Kyushu Flu.
As he grew older, he became more strong and wise, and discovered his father's support to the emperor, then he realized about the corruption of his rule.
When he became old enough, he traveled to Kyoto and joined the ranks of his Dragon brothers, and the real path of Buddha.
Now he is a high ranked lord in the Taira clan, showing his dedication for overthrowing the emperor and applying justice for the people of Kusari.
And needless to say, his love for arts, especially cooking, made it easier for him to get "merged" with his new clan, and so he has developed his art skills in many directions. Also, he is a very talented philosopher.

Character Background: Taira Takesi was born on battleshp Nagumo, his parents Izumi and Miko Takesi were KNF officers.
When he was 2 years old they were killed in Farmers Alliance attack on their transport while returning from planet Kyushu.
Hes life pod was found by kusari smugglers. Those smugglers took him in and rased as slave. When he was 15, his ship was attacked by the outcast pirates, he was severely injured, loosing his left arm and left foot.
But that didn't stop him to master na many martial arts, aswell as Shinkendo. At age of 18 he killed the captain of the ship and took command.
First contact with Blood Dragons was via trade.
He was addopted in Blood Dragon clan Taira when he was 20. Since then 6 years has passed, he become a Lord of six seals of Bonds. He is known silent, sad and rigorous. He loves maritial arts and gardenig, has a rat pet named Shi.

She killed her brother, for joining the naval Forces, and parents, for Compromising her, she trusted them, but they-in her thoughts- Betrayed her...
after that incident she changed, she now likes arts, she now draw and paint like the old ages, but she kept her Fighting skills as a Warrior....
she joined the Taira clan since then,she have been fighting for the clan for 10 years, so she is Lord of Five Seals of Fury...

Character Background:
Born on planet New Tokyo Isoya was raised by traditional, spiritual parents, in a quiet rural town. As a child he was always brought up with Buddhist believes and often went to the towns monastery, studying scriptures, meditating with the monks or learning from the monks themselves in his free time. It was always expected of Isoya that he would become a monk one day but he had other plans.
You see, the village he lived in was mostly if not fully buddhist already while he could have kept improving himself he wanted to go out and teach the dying religion to others.
Traditionalism and religion however were slowly dying on New Tokyo and finding a receptible audience to teach to was hard, instead he look beyond the planet, beyond the borders of Kusari to a more traditional group of people, that group would end up being the Blood Dragons. Who compared to the rest of Kusari, still clung to a multitude of old ways or so he thought. Setting out on his journey in a rusty, old and nearly falling apart Drake that he had obtained for just above the scrap metal price from a scrap dealer.
The journey to chugoku wasn't without issues, there was a reason it was on a junkyard ready to be processed into scrap but the ship managed to make it... almost anyway. He was picked up by luck or chance (albeit unaware of it until he was forced out of the ship) by a few GC sisters and brought to Ainu Depot. It was terrifying at first as they werent sure what to do with him, a few idea's were brought up but none of them sounded all too pleasing and it took Isoya quite a few time to convince the sisters he was buddhist monk who originally set 'sail' to find a home amongst the blood dragons.
They however (after listening to a lot of scriptures) believed his story, it wouldn't have made much sense for anyone to travel the dangerous hokkaido system in a scrap ship, without shields, weapons or armor to travel the dangerous, unstable, gas nebulas. At the request of Isoya they contacted the blood dragons for him and other then giving them his request to join also asked what to do with him if a clan wouldn't accept him. Luckily for him however the eccentric Taira clan got word of a religious buddhist searching for a clan and gave him a spot.
That was almost 30 years ago, Isoya is now almost 50 and has earned quite the reputation amonst his clan, fellow blood dragons and even some of the GC clans. Having spread the word of buddha through a small monastery on Kyoto, providing people the oppertunity to read scriptures, meditate and learn more about buddhism and buddha himself. He has provided public shrines on other blood dragon stations as well as GC stations. He also occasionally sets up home shrines for those who believe in Buddha and wish to make offerings and meditate from their home (or living quarters as is the case)

Character Background:
Having grown up on and studied to be a scientist and a mechanic at Sendai Research Complex, Kyu might be an intellectual by nature. But at heart, he is sworn to the rightful leadership of Kusari like any other true Blood Dragon. The combination of those is partially why he was granted his new title, and he shall constantly look to further prove himself worthy of it. Nagai has spent most of his recent time training for space combat, since it will be necessary for his new assignment. Death to those who falsely claim Kusari as their house to rule.
