maybe you should teamworkly make sure that admins are on at say different hours. there would be less sanction reports if more real time kick-in-the-ass were administered

Whatever. I don't really know much of Karlotta to be honest, I could just tell it was someone with a grudge. Only about 10 people would waste their time stalking an online gaming community, so I knew it was someone we knew.

I like Karlotta's posts. They are well structured, make a lot of sense and adds some much needed nuances and perspectives. For instance the post in this thread was very true, I've experienced that myself and I think most of us have. It's way faster and easier to sling an Admin a message on Skype and get things sorted rather than go through the "proper" channels, that's a fact and it's pretty relevant in this discussion regarding entrusting each single Admin with more power following what Gheis said in his post, so don't shoot the messenger.
