Also if i remember correctly this happened about a month ago, admins should already know about this?
I agree, if he was a spotter then Doj wouldn't have shown in the video that this was the case. I think he was just an idiot holding a grudge and wanting to see hacked 'fireworks'. You can even see him type that he doesn't care and wants him to go away. So he's probably just one of those people that were in Conn once and saw him destroy completely everything in a few seconds then wanted to see it again. I wouldn't say he's a spotter for Doj I'd say he wants to spot Doj in the act.
Or, after the mass kill-message, he wanted a group out of the way and decided to try to send a known hacker in to do it for him. Regardless of his reasons, he should still be held accountable for his actions. I imagine we'll soon see this thread locked as its turned into a trial-by-forum.

That is indeed true he messaged straight after the 6 kill messages that popped up in under 5 seconds or so. But it also shows where he was at the time-in Bretonia. Meaning he wanted to see the mass killing for himself. I still think he's just an idiot who constantly just messages Doj every time he's seen in game just so he can see him kill tonnes of people like that video shows with the IMG.

As we are not him, all we are doing is speculating on what his motive was, and I would hope that we can both agree that, regardless of what he was thinking, his actions were wrong.
Well ive kinda seen doj's videos, they are open for all viewers ,and i dont think ive seen other vids having messages from em,so basicly yea,a moron who wants "fireworks"...pity he doesent understand that doj is gona kill em after he kills said "fireworks"
Well, if I was Doj in that case, it would make sense. Troll two sides at once.
Troll the IMG. Then purposefully leave the guys name in so he gets more flack than you do, because they probably do not have the ability to avoid consequences.

The really interesting part in this whole hacker afair is that if they are able to do it, everyone is able to do it and a lot of people have been doing it with less obvious hacks than Doj. Like hack their fighter guns to have 900 speed instead of 750 and make their ship turn faster than it should. Impossible to prove with screenies or videos, but just enough to give a moderately experienced pilot the appearance of a pvp prodigy. Also lots of admins in reavers who would know what can be detected and what cant.

It is not that the Hackers do what they do but that the fact it seems certain members of this Community seem to condone and even, seemingly from the video, support them in what they are doing by acting as 'spotters'. This, in my eyes, makes these people just as guilty as the people who carry out the Hacks.
Just a thought for the future.
If/when the Admins plug the hole, that allows the Hackers in, are we going to still accept these other people within the Community?
Agreed on 100%

Yeah that Flare obviously doesnt work for Doj, he just wants to help hackers so he can see his enemies die, maybe dont ban Him, but he definitely deserves to have all his ships deleted, and Id be very dissapointed in the Flares if they didnt kick him out.
Also Sindroms and Hyaku are right.
