Not sure if I can ask this here but seeing I'm flying around (with one eyed eddie) without a proper lisense...

Where in Sirius does a pirate get his pirate lisence?

After visiting many pirate bases, shooting up the lawfuls to suck up for entry to pirate strongholds and being hammered by scary defense tower thingies, I have come to the conclusion that I need help!

Help!

Currently without the lisence I am ironically an illegal poirate!
