And prompt: Target out of range. ( But be prompt like this when I press B to anything at any range)
I think this is the lagacy of presious versions --- that "traw gear"

I believe that Nomad IDs either lack a tractor beam, or have one that has a range of a couple meters or so. This is to prevent Nomad players from beaming in cargo, it is intended.

So can we restart to nomad without admin's permission now? It seems to have allowed in public.

The regular Nomad ID is indeed public.

It doesn't have a tractor beam so that people don't just /restart Nomad to get those fancy Nomad world code guns.

Just keep in mind the ZOI. From what I understand is that you cant leave the Omacroms (However you spell that)

Nomad ID doesn't have the ability to tractor beam. This is not a bug.
