//sorry this will be all oorp but i can just say the the zone 21 guard have been on for a while and have been following all orders given to them by members of LSF and SA that i have seen. Not heard this part of the RP, and a lot of people have assumed they were granted permission.... Anyways, just saying they have helped out on a few occasions, but will leave it to you to sort out the RP basis.

this is Mendel Cageria mailing SA recruitment in terms of recruitment
I have been a pilot for 2 months, fresh out of Aviation School, I have been voted top fighter of the year and graduated with a master's degree and a PH.d in Gunnery. As a child i have always wanted to be a pilot, i dont care about anything, i just wanted to get out of the Planet, for once, to experiance the vastness of space.. since i was very poor i knew that i would never be able to see space. When i told my dad that he looked me in the eyes and said. " we will see....." then the next few months i never really saw my dad, he woke up early in the morning and came home late at night. Then one day on my birthday my dad took me too the spaceport of Manhattan. he sais it was a suprise, when opened my eyes, i saw A Liberty shuttle Version Mark CFDS-3400. I nearly fainted of happiness, it was named after mee to. It was then i found out my dad had been working double time to get the kind of money.. Those were the happiest times of my life. When i got a good education i managed to graduate to the Newark Station University (NSU) and eversince i was hooked in piloting.
I would like to work for the SA cause i work good with a team and would uphold every aspect and law of the great Liberty.
My speciatly is fighters even though i would like to fly a capital ship one day
Now my dad has retired as a Ground Defense Force captain, he always wanted for me to be a space pilot, to not ever to fight on the ground. Now i would like to ask you, SA, to allow me to join the Ranks of Your great Army and to fly in honor on ur name.
