1. Make one character with /restart <put factions here from the list>.
2. Make other character with /restart with that betacash command.
3. Try ships for the faction you had /restart-ed.

But as I think... free cash at the time is, I might say, good for a moment. Something is happening! Everyone are rather equal or try to be equal! We have RP! We have FUN right now! ... Wouldn't free cash last forever? But I would say: no. There would be no point in trading... yet... Who would trade if the war rages all around?

Yes To my knowledge, it was disabled to preparation for the 3rd Updat/ Server Roll back If Im not mistaken

The rollback will take all characters back to before the beta, so if it was made since then it will not be there afterwards.

Consider it as everyone going back in time. All the stuff we owned when we were younger is there as it used to be, but all the stuff we bought as adults isn't owned by us yet.
Or maybe something like killing off your parents so that you never exist...

The BetaTestCash doesn't exist as a particularly useable ship, it simply gives you a lot of cash to move to another character. Someone could easily use billions of their own saved money to do the same, it doesn't make any difference to the player database.
