I have made more than 20 attempts to download and install this update. I keeps on failing. I have used the auto update and tried to download it manually. Both starts for a while and then fails. Is there an alternative?

The server restart time has changed with beta. Is that going to stay this way, or it will be restored to the old restart time which was in effect back in 4.86?
