I understand its introduction and the fact that it was something like 1.5 years late.

I understand K'hara can be held responsible for using such a fun toy I do not have.

I do not understand what is the point of giving literally everyone that OP thing? Now everyone can make a Nomad indie, go into Mu on infinite cloak and spam system chat and avoid ALL consequences related to it with no way to counter these tactics other than player in form of mercy and pity decides to uncloak.

I do not understand why even Khara would get that thing to be honest. Let it drain Liquid cardamine with fair drain per second. We all talk about how ballance overrides RP when it comes to tech, but Nomad cloak is complete opposite of that.

K'Hara can have all the toys for all I care, they uphold roleplay of biggest antagonist of the entire game as Gallia is nowhere near close to it. They have internal regulation to not RP while in perma-cloak meaning: uncloak and then start talking. Indies naturally can do with it what the hell they desire.

K'hara has even internally some rules for using it. just to prevent these cases you are talking about. If indy nomads abuse them to troll in system chats then i would say at some point they cannot use or buy them anymore. Do not forget its the people who trolls with these things make it nerfed for others. And thus as indy nomads i would say if they keep such thing up to just remove it for their use.

You may not be at fault however I doubt Yuri would be very excited if somehow aquiring said device (and making it work on Order ID) I would make a camp on top of Dur Shurikun and talk to every Nomad that goes by.

This. Spamming in system chat and infinite cloak are not related to each other.

Also, I guess I'm one of those players who see it as somewhat balanced, since nomads are nomads. Everyone ganks them, they have rather strict ZOI, etc. Playing a Nomad is like putting "Kill me" sign on yourself, since next thing you'll see are Zoners, Corsairs, Order and BHG allying with each other to annihilate you.
