I think that the OE is a terrific idea. It will give the BPA something to protect, and the UoG will have more targets!

We need things like this in Bretonia. Present population draws more people there. No one likes to RP in an empty system, even if they don't know the other people there...

I agree with that whole heartedly, there needs to be some competition to the cardamine trade (which should be made more proffitable as well), and that would be a viable solution! More drugs to run at higher profits will create more work for both lawful and unlawful factions!
