Okay, since this is (scarily enough) something I do know something about ...

Body disposal: Actually, a pig farm is a pretty good place to start. Another place is to be the night janitor at a sausage plant. They have industrial grinders - and since (based upon the reports from actual cannibals) humans taste like pork - it'd be quite simple to dump the nude corpse into the sausage grinder and then turn him or her into Smoky Links.

If you ever actually look at what's REALLY in a Slim Jim, you'd never eat those again - so why worry about what's in a sausage casing?

That does, obviously, lead to other clean-up issues. Normally you have clothing of some kind to dispose of as well. If it's not bloody - and hey, that's why you drugged and stripped your victim before you started to bleed them out, right? - then simply drive past one of the many Goodwill stores and dump it into the anonymous donation bin.

Another method that has been used successfully requires a little more effort, and some rather cooperative terrain. Relatively deep lake, with water that's rather murky so you're not going to have assorted divers. It's a variation on the cement overshoes, with the caveat that you also run some chain THROUGH the ribs (front to back) and then put the ends of the chain into the wet cement as well. This way you've already ventilated the body cavity so you're not worrying about bloating, and the chains insure that if the legs separate after the catfish and turtles are done eating, the rest of your ex-wife doesn't end up floating to the surface.
