Brief Background: Living in Freeport 9 (Omicron Theta) most of his early life, Ursprung quickly discovered the ruthlessness pirates can show. On the day he was to leave for Liberty and begin his tutelage under a Trader in Colorado, his father's transport ship, a Zoner Dromedary, was shot down in the Napo Cloud. On that day, he swore to avenge his father's death. When he earned a small amount of money, a bounty hunter approached him offering a chance to avenge his father's death. He jumped on the opportunity, but soon saw the hatred that the Bounty Hunters created, hunting people to the death in outer systems. He is currently in the process of leaving the Bounty Hunters guild and re-establishing himself in Liberty-- and is looking forward to defending it's borders against those that would wish harm upon it.

Brief background.
I grew up on Manhattan, son of a Naval Captain. My uncle was a trader and as a child on School holidays, I used to go on trips across Liberty Space, taking cargo to far off planets. This is when I new piloting was in my blood. When I was old enough I joined the Liberty Space Flight Academy. Then after graduation I used to fly escort for my uncles ship, fighting off pirates and assisting others where ever possible.
My farther wanted me to join the Navy straight away, and follow on in his and his fathers footsteps. Although I wanted to I thought I owed a duty to my uncle. To fly escort and protect him as he wasnt getting any younger and Liberty was getting more dangerous by the day. He only had 3 years to retirement so it didnt seem like a long time to wait.
So my father insisted I fly the best liberty had to offer. He made it possible and supplied an Avenger fighter and a Liberty Gunboat to me. He called it a ship advance / Loan and insurance for my future in the Navy. He made me promise which I gladly did to join the Navy when my uncle retired.
My uncle has now retired. So I now want to fulfil my destiny and join the Liberty Navy if you will have me.
Sadly my father died 2 years ago.
But I am now ready to fulfil my promise to my farther. To his memory and do my duty for the Liberty Navy and for all Lawfuls.
(OORP) Hi, my name is John & Im from the UK. I have been playing FreeLancer since it was released. I have Role Played online on 3 servers.
Ive been assisting the SA, LSF & LPI quite a lot recently and really enjoyed it. If accepted I would like to change my character name Lestat to match Basil if allowed, to give access to 2 Liberty ships as above in RP. I am also willing to start a new character if required ? I am very active on line at the moment and I read the forums everyday, and have started to make a few posts now and then when I thought I had something worth while to add.

I would like to tender my Re-Enlistment to the liberty Navy. I had served my tour and then decided not to return when it was completed. After careful contemplation I have decided I belong in the military, and would be proud to serve in the Liberty Navy once again. After I had left the Navy I had been Hired on to work Security for RepEx and after dealing with corporations I feel I would better Serve my home system as a member of her Navy once more.
Please feel free to contact me if you wish to interview me or if I need to retake my aptitude test. I understand I may not retain my current rank as well.
