EDIT: So if you're a corsair, unless its prohibited by your ID, and he's either a junker or pirate, I was flying with an unlawful (junker) ID, so I'm pretty sure you could claim.

So, I'm not here to claim any bounty. I wanna clear someting.
That Easy.Rider fellow is not a junker. Nor a pirate. I'm pretty sure he's a Freelancer. And the last time I saw him, he was in some sort of kusarish luxury yacht. I know what a Plugirim looks like, he wasn't flying that.
Anyway, just wanted to put this out here.
Oh and, some weird "Unknown" tagged ships kinda blowed him up a while ago.
Actually I appreciate the info. My encounter with him had me a little pre-occupied. With the damage my ship took and my own personal injuries, I think I suffered a bit of amnesia in the aftermath.
