There's no Maltese Laws for the official factions to point at anymore. For some curious reason, some official faction does not seem to acknowledge that by what it looks.
But with the outcome of the civil-war and the statements made by the Ghosts about the "new set of -regulations-" that was brought up by the Contari Lance driven CoD not being considered legal, and later the Contari Lance taking distance from their CoD-version on their own, there's no government body in any form anymore that'd present any set of laws and/or regulations.
Ghosts still refer to the previous laws which had been stated by the CoD before Lance' CoD, and have redone those for easier read yet stating the same content mostly, which is a law the 101st does refer to for itself still.

It's however not a binding law anymore.
Not having an inRP set of laws/regulations acknowledged by both official factions also disables most of the FR2-ability for both faction to use.
