That link doesn't mention anything about it being time for the 2013 Mod of the Year awards voting process, though, which was the point the OP was trying to make. If I'm interpreting his thread topic correctly, at least. Last year we even had a link specifically for that on the forums to encourage people to vote, plus a front page post and a few other things.
