The Server is full nearly every night, and we have the capacity to raise the limit past the original max. Because it's full, most people who can't get on hours before hand resort to having to mash the connect button until someone is kicked or logged off. At which point one of thirty other players who are waiting will beat you to the spot.

This leads me to wonder, if we can raise the limit, why don't we?

Actually, last I heard from majkp, the reason the limit's not jacked up higher is that he's waiting on memory modules that keep burning out on him. The new processor's installed, but until the memory arrives, the limit's still at 128.

Oh... Well I suppose that answers that one. I hope the memory units are fixed fairly soonish

me too. I'm getting carpal tunnel from clicking the server, then "OK" when it tells me it's full. :)

We should be patient about that.

Apparently its up to 160 or so now... I haven't checked it though, so don#t take my word for it. It was just a mate telling me over Xfire.

Well, I don't complain ... it takes me less than 5 minutes to log on when the server is full, there is always someone who switches to the Freelancer Account Manager ... and that's my moment:cool:

You don't always have to click the connect button, but you have to be the first who clicks when it drops to 127/128;)
