Latest update is very well written, but pretty twisted. Could you change the age she got raped at to like 4 or 6 instead of 2? 2 is just really sick, plus she probably wouldn't remember something from that age. She might be able to remember feeling pain, etc., but not anything more specific than feelings.

It's very very good. Very little on this forum has actualy moved my emotionally, and usualy I'm pretty detatched, but this is very, very good.

I know someone who was abused as a child, and the shamed look you describe is exactly right. Maybe you should add a warning to the title of it, "may find this harrowing".

Aside from that, the writing style is just getting better.

Maybe at least a warning would be at hand there, Vince. I think the sensible thing to do, since this has been pointed out is at least post one before with the very first thread and before those where that kind of subject is portrayed.

This story contains material that may be considered offensive, shocking or be qualified as adult content to some readers (murder, afterlife, sexual and domestic violence connotations and other not so cheerful things). Proceed reading it at your own discretion.

On a side note, there's a movie I'm particularly fond of called "Bliss". It's an adult movie, but very, very tasteful that goes on - among other things - about this.
