The brown wings of the bomber stood out like a sore thumb in the purple tinted system. Where the hell, he said this was the meeting spot the pilot thought, looking around between Itasca and New Westminster. Oh well, I'll just start harassing whatever Raiders come by until he appears.

With that, the blue glow from the CTE engine port died and the ship entered the planet's orbit.

A bright purple blinding flash broke across the face of Planet New Westminster, splitting into two massive spheres of light travelling slowly in opposite directions. The gargantuan body of a Spyglass II-class battleship revealed itself with no undue haste as the lights continued along its longitudinal axis, finally disappearing at the fore and aft tips of the capital ship. Its sheer size dwarfed the nearby bomber, with even the letter's in the battleship's nameplate comparable in size to the snubcraft. The hull of the battleship shimmered for a brief second as the shields came back online.

"Unidentified craft, this is the VCS Metropolis, executive officer Daniel Keighley speaking. Welcome to the New Caledonia system. How can we be of service?"

There it is, and a flashy entrance too. The engine on the bomber roared to life as it swung around to get a better view of the Metropolis. The pilot sat for a moment in silence, admiring the beast.

"Robin Cornell here, just here to pay a visit to the lovable Kane and take a tour on your majestic ship there."
