Bounty evidence is to be sent with a visual proof of the kill with ID and Tag of the target included to Admiral Sulu.

4 millions for gunboats (max 5)
8 millions for destroyers (max 2)

Admiral, I have to questions/requests for you.
1) Are FA ships valid targets for your bounty? if they are I would ask they not be, as we have tried to help KNF as much as possable.
2) Is it valid for a FA pilot to collecton these bounties?

Dear Admiral, i'm concerned about the bounty offer. It does not officially exclude our brethren from Hogosha and Farmers Allianz. Many Gajin Trader, Bounty Hunters and Mercennaries without knowledge about Kusari culture may consider them as pirates and even terrorists. Which they are not. They are loyal servants of our glorious shogun. Both helped us much in the past and we cannot afford to stress the very good relationships to them. Please add an official exclusion for Farmers Alliance and Hogosha before incidents may happen we'll all regret.

No, only pilots with Merc ID or Bounty Hunter ID may collect this bounty.

I was passing through New Tokyo yesterday and I witnessed Banderas.B[TBH] pirate two defenseless traders, demanding two million credits from them.
He simply asked: "2 mil or your life and cargo"
He was able to coerce both traders into handing over the money, and was probably going to get me too until I persuaded him with my neutrality(I'm under level 29).
I find that this is quite a problem. Corsairs with the audacity to stray so far from home!
I don't think that Kusari space is quite as safe as it used to be anymore...after reporting the incident to my superiors, I was simply informed to leave Kusari space immediately.

Yes, Hogosha and Farmers Alliance ships are excluded from the bounty, I am updating the contract.
Trading ships are also excluded according to their ship's transponder (Trader ID, Commercial Company name ID).

I thank you for your report and I agree with you, Kusari is quite a far place for a Corsair but it is not the first time it happen and certanly it would not be the last, space may always be dangerous everywhere no matter what insurance someone may take. House space does not necessary mean safe space, me personally was pirated in Rheinland and Bretonia too when onboard the Yamamoto.
