I've been around here more than 5 years, that is with timeouts. And couldn't help myself but think, how disco influenced my development as a person. Now if I would try to sum up everything with proper background that would end up in very long post no-one would be intrested to read. So instead I rather address this question to you.

There is no need to write long stories or name each and all little things. But atleast one more significant thing you can remember. What good did you learned from playing in this community which improved you as a personality?

I realized that things are never really as bad as other people make them out to be. It also taught me to not swear as much when I lose... Or at least swear a little less. xD It also taught me that you can't get better unless you fail a few times.

How to lose gracefully. And to accept a few failures as a way to improve myself.

Helped me identify a problem within myself;

An allergy to most people under the age of 20 which comes out in a rage, abuse and/or harassment (Or all three)

Also taught me how to be colourful in my ways of insulting said people with out getting banned in a supposed PG game.

I learned how real emails look like and how to writte them step by step (recruitment for example or maybe some requests). Also by playing FL and using this forum i started to use English language almost everywhere. Learned how to communicate with people... i guess.

That even petty squables can lead to 2 sizeable groups of people being at eachothers throats. And it sucks being in a situation where you have to pick sides.

You can't be everyone's friend.

PSA: If you have been having stutter/FPS lag on Disco where it does not run as smoothly as other games, please look at the fix here: https://discoverygc.com/forums/showthrea...pid2306502
