The son of a Liberty freelance trader and a secretary working for Samura on Honshu. The marriage failed a few years later, with the father returning to Liberty while the mother remained in Kusari, facing the stigma of raising a child that was half foreigner. Kaz was shunned throughout his early life and knew he would be unable to make it far in a company like Samura even with his mother working there. He saw the GMG as a place to make a fresh start away from the prejudices of normal Kusari life. Background: Born On Aomori Station, To My Mother Rin Harada and Haruto Harada, Both Paramilitary pilots, Unlike me they were not Born into the Guild life like I was. With being born into Guild life, And son of two Paramilitary pilots, I lived under strict rules, With my life and future governed by my parents.As soon as I turned 8 I was taught basic ship repairs, such as Photon and tachyon etc, hull damage. As basic as it may sound, I've never been the fastest learner and was falling behind the other members who were also learning the same subject.

After several years, at the age of 16, I became I fully qualified Ship Mechanic, Even as proud as I was at the time I knew in my heart this isn't what I wanted to do. I always wanted to follow in my parents footsteps and become a Pilot amongst the GMG. I had flown before and taken Many flight training missions, but my parents always saw my mechanical skills as more of a priority. I had no natural talent as a Ship Repair specialist, I always thought I had been more of a natural pilot, which I had been told a few times by other GMG veterans.

Despite this I carried on with Ship repair work, Onboard Aomori firstly, repairing Guild Transports as they would return from the Sigma worlds, some lucky to still be in one piece but nonetheless, I kind of envied them, They were out there in the thick of it while I was stuck, base side. Just as I turned 17 I was stations on board Naha. It was here where my decision to join the paramilitary surfaced. Knowing the geography of Naha I realised I would be sharing the base amongst many other Para pilots, there story's of adrenaline fuelled excitement and the thrill of the kill, persuaded my mind.

I decided to reject my parents idea of becoming a Repair ship expert and decided to join amongst the ranks of the Paramilitary.

At the Age of 18 I seized the opportunity and began fully fledged training and started the road to my dream.

Since then I have gained flight and battle experience and now wish to push my limits further by joining the Elite of the GMG.

Background:
Uhh.. Let's see. I'm not the most interesting person in the world. I grew up in the border worlds and edge worlds with my parents, who were Zoners. They had originally left Kusari as they didn't like the politics there. I for one couldn't care less for politics, I'd just rather carry on with my life being ignorant of whatever struggles are going on around me. Anyway, my backstory. I grew up away from the houses with my parents. Eventually they trained me up to do ship maintinence in the edge worlds. I actually had my own little shop, where I'd sell the junk I've found flying around and where I'd fix up ships and equipment for people. I even took some flight and combat lessons. The edge worlds are very dangerous territory, so you have to be prepared for anything.

Eventually, I had a turning point. Pirates raided the station I worked on and I had to flee, leaving my work behind. I decided that I should look for a new career, namely within the Gas Miners Guild. I had heard you guys were fighters. Something I definitely like, as I myself hate pirates and the like (you already know why). I also feel that my skills as a mechanic may come in handy within the Guild.
