Biography: Byar Rockford is the descendent of the Alliance general Atticus Rockford, the only survivor of the Sol disaster. Around the age of 22 he enlisted in the Bretonian Armed Forces, shortly after which he was ambushed by a large number of Corsair fighters and went into a coma that lasted three years. When he woke he had been kicked out of the Armed Forces, and had nothing but his ship, about three thousand credits, and a few guns. With those combined, he flew toward the nearest mining fields, and started shooting rocks. He hadn't stopped since.

Your Reason(s) for applying to the Military: To make my life worth something. Being a simple miner isn't exactly the most honorable living.

Biography: Space born. His parents die in the Nomad war, his uncle take care of him until he had 17 when he join a group of pirates. There are little records about that time but eventualy he left them and become a mercenary.

The Colonial Military contracted him in 818 shortly before the asault of the GRN but never reach coronado or reclaim his pay.

Your Reason(s) for applying to the Military: In the fall of Tau-44 I was contract to protect some transports. they couldn't full the cargo hold so they let some civilians enter. There was a child, no more older than eight and very scared. I never knew his name but I promise than I will protect him from the bad guys. His transport was destroyed two hours later and now he is hunting me in my dreams.

Time to do something about it.

My name is Pharii Nicosis.
I am 17.
I was born on Minato harbour, but evacuated to New Hope .
As said was born on Minato, my father was a freighter pilot while my mother operated old-fashioned atmospheric reentry shuttles. My father occasionally took me on his trips, much to my mother's dismay. At least that was until the Gallians invaded, I was evacuated from the station while my father was on a trip, and my mother planetside. I now live in the east section of New Hope, near the space docks, I fly atmospheric shuttles for a living as my father taught me a bit about piloting ships when I was younger, both of my parents didn't leave Tau-44 so I live alone.
I want to become a mover so that I can join the Colonial Military once I am old enough, of course I also want to help bring in goods to New Hope, as I'm quite aware we will not make it without them.

She looks around the office, skeptical about her idea to join the Republic Military. After a long pause, a lady calls her name, and she proceeds to the booth. The lady hands her a pamphlet and a registration form, which Karen proceeds to fill out:

Birthplace: Planet Harris, Tau-31 System.

Biography: Born to farmers on the terraforming world of Harris, Karen grew up in a rather isolated community. Due to the environment of Harris, life was difficult, but for her, it could have been worse. At age six, she broke her left leg falling into a 30 foot mining shaft. At age eleven, she was burned by chemicals on the Harris launchpad, torching half her body, spare her face and hand. Despite these inflictions, Karen still worked hard, and at the age of 18, was granted her own training license. Not long after, she boarded a transport bound for Planet Manhattan.

When she arrived in Liberty, Karen signed on for the Liberty Navy's pilot training corp, wanting to see more of Sirius, and was soon accepted into the ranks. She flew for several months until the out break of the Bretonia/Kusari war reached her. After receiving word of the Kusari advance into Tau-31, Karen returned home to Planet Harris, leaving Liberty behind, only to find her family had disappeared.

For nearly four years, Karen had contemplated where her family had gone to. She proposed several evacuation sites, including Planet Leeds, Trafalgar Base, or even as far off as Planet Gran Canaria, all of which she had been to and all times was not successful.

Months after the Council's emergence from the Orkney minefield, Karen learned of her family's location, within a refugee shelter on the barren surface of the Orkney moon Shapinsay. She got as far as Java station before the Gallic Royal Navy halted her rescue attempt, and forced her to return to New London.

Separated from her family again, Karen searches for a force strong enough to take on the Gallic workhorse and aid her in rescuing those that she herself had left behind.

Relevant Experience: Advanced Pilot's Training at West Point Military Academy, excelling at the Very Heavy Fighter class.

Your reasons for applying to the Military: To aid those who have been harmed in any way by the Gallic Royal Navy, and have been displaced by their advancement into the Tau systems.
