Well, it is the one that matters, anyway.

[20.02.2014 00:01:36] [LN]-Roy.Sanders.: Hop in, Raven.
[20.02.2014 00:05:06] [LN]-Roy.Sanders.: Cumming, Raven vanished.
[20.02.2014 00:05:09] [LN]-Roy.Sanders.: Splash Komatsu.
[20.02.2014 00:05:58] [LN]-Roy.Sanders.: Hayes, stand down.
[20.02.2014 00:07:08] [LN]-Roy.Sanders.: Cumming, out, Raven is back.
[20.02.2014 00:11:02] [LN]-Roy.Sanders.: Raven, out.
[20.02.2014 00:11:04] [LN]-Roy.Sanders.: 23, in.

The fact that you kept things two versus two makes me suspect you did want to keep things fair. I appreciate the effort. However, subbing players over and over and over is not only confusing as hell for the other party (I think I literally asked "Who is shooting you?" and "Who are we supposed to shoot?" several times on TS during this fight), but it also allows you to subtly drain your opponent as you sub in fresh, fully-stocked - and usually more skilled, as well - players.

I don't think I'm telling you anything new by saying that.

You know how this encounter ended. We simply bugged out because it seemed completely pointless to fight this.

I'm simply putting this out here. It's positive that you tried to keep things 2v2, but I don't think this is "the way". What you do with this feedback is, obviously, up to you.

Get out of my feedback thread. I dropped my nanobots, I'd have pulled myself out if you told me I was lagging, and had to deal with Catherine Raven (Who has been removed from the faction for complaining that he couldn't do a 2v2 even though he logged on to shoot you guys) exploding at me.

I'm right, you're wrong. And that is my final verdict.

This is the [LN] feedback thread Troy, not the Justin one. If you have something to say to me we can easily do it on skype. Now do you duty as a moderator and nuke your flame post.

My feedback is that a once great faction has turned into what appears to be "win at all in and out of roleplay costs", and this is what scientists all over the globe call "an objectively terrible thing". This is something I've observed over the past few months. If you view this as negative feedback, well, that's because it is.

But that's the price of having a feedback thread and a public identity. You have to be prepared for people to defecate on you.

Being honest with the feedback, i've started to notice this as well. The Liberty Navy was always 'something' players could look up, and usually made the right decisions on how to do things.

However that is beginning to degrade. Merley an observation. It's your faction I suppose, I just feel like the quality is beginning to waver.

Troy, as a member of the [LN] (by some miracle and/or curse, still), I agree at least in part with what you've said here, although I wouldn't call it a degradation that spans months, not really.

Overly aggressive is not a good way to begin anew, Justin.

Sadly, I no longer lead the faction, so it's out of my hands for now.

Argument from yesterday over skype:

Quote:[19/02/2014 11:32:05 p.m.] Justin Hopkins: Leeeet's be honest.
[19/02/2014 11:32:18 p.m.] Justin Hopkins: As far as the [LN] is concerned, the fields belong to Liberty, not DSE
[19/02/2014 11:32:37 p.m.] Justin Hopkins: And the [LN] is basically the government in this case, since you can bet your ass no other libgov people will weigh in.
[19/02/2014 11:32:42 p.m.] Justin Hopkins: Especially not the corps.

You're in seat 3-4 days tops and you're making assumptions about how things are run. Tone down Justin, you're one person. Not the entire faction, [LN] is not the LibGov.

Get off the high horse and play ball on the ground with everyone else. Stop letting your self entitled 'power' get the better of you.

My feedback is that appear to not know what you're talking about.

As Haste's wingman in the case above, I can say that in that particular incident, I was the one who told Haste on TS that I was leaving - and that he should too - because I wasn't up for playing the Hokey Cokey with four or so [LN]. However, there is a difference between what is at least an attempt - albeit a strange and confusing one - at keeping things evenly matched in numbers, and doing something as poor form as piling all [LN] present on the two of us. I wouldn't call the former of those two "winning at all in and out of roleplay costs".

When flying both as and against [LN] in other instances, I can say with confidence that your impression of this faction appears to be very much incorrect. Compared to some of the factions currently gracing this server, [LN] are veritable saints, and I don't feel their behaviour as a whole warrants this level of criticism.

Justin is not [LN], and therefore this -

- holds true.

Haste should also not have gone and opened this particular can of worms, given how little of a 'big deal' it really was/is, but that's by the by. |:
