What: The claiming rp that was planned did not take place due to several things happening. It will be done tomorrow in a second event.

Who: Open event! If you have a reason in roleplay to be there... hey... see you there!

Special Rules:

• Respawing + reentering the system can be allowed, if the situation makes it a good solution. Decisions are made between the leaders of the factions involved. This has worked beautifully, and I stick with it.
  
• Eased ZoI rules. O9 was introduced as a buffer system, multiple IDs do not include it. Go with this rule of thumb: If you have a reason to be there, you can act there. Just offer the rp that justifies your actions.
