I just want to give a kudos to the DEV/Admin team. You have finally found a way to end all conflict between the Zoner groups. You guys should make the same changes to every group and faction cap. Gaul war OVER! Liberty/Rhineland War OVER! Corsair and Outcasts have first joint Fiesta in almost 1000 years! Mod name can be changed from Conquest to Happy Pillow Talk Time!

I am in fact in favour of Happy Pillow Talk Time... I mean, if the Zoners don't have any formidable capships what is to stop the Corsairs from destroying Freeport 9 and salvaging the biodomes to place in orbit around Crete? I mean... The Zoners can use their all-powerful battletransports in this case as cannon fodder but I don't think that is a very formidable defense.

Or the random Marduk attacks from Iota for that matter Wink its not like we havent tried the peace/understanding route with the jellys. Thats just not their RP after all...

Have you successfully defended against a raid by battleships with only gunboats?

Use Whale CM slot and spam opponent to death? Yeah, caps are more background in disco than a real threat, but still. Colony ships should have last foothold before potential danger, its defense capabilities. As I said before, look at Alliance colony ships, they're vaporized Coalition cruisers pretty easy. It's from aspect to explain why actually colony ships should hold defensive capabilities.

Anyone want a Zoner Juggernaut with full armament? Limited time offer until the devs change it into a Battle-barge.

Anyway, in all seriousness I do think it is a bad decision that will kill theZoner community and won't alleviate the problem. Indies will just switch to Liberty BS and go raid Nomad space through Alaska, like we've seen them do a gazillion times. Don't trust me? Ask Golanski how many times the Order scrambled fighters because there was a LN in Omicron Kappa.

Disco has a way of bringing you back whether you want to or not. So yes, I'm back.

Yep. I've also done it with bombers too.
Contrary to popular belief, caps aren't the only ships that can kill.
