drawcash issues

I'm at a loss of words to what I'm doing wrong, or if its even me.

I keep getting the error message "ERR cash account access denied" When I use the draw cash command

I set set my cashcode via the command /set cashcode <code>
I typed " /drawcash Malcom-Reynolds <code> 20000000" and it comes back with the error message and i've changed it 3 times each time making it more of a simpler code. I also do not think its my character name because would I get a diff error message?
I've also successfully drawn cash from a friend using their cashcode/char so it leads me to believe it's something to with my account.
if anyone has any input I would greatly appreciate it.

as far as im aware, you get that error code for any mistake or problem.

is there enough money on the account for the withdrawal you are trying to make?

Make sure that you are typing the right name, and that there is enough cash on the char. Also, it should be noted that the password gets reset after a char rename, so if you renamed, you need to re-create the password on the char.

Malcom-Reynolds is my name exactly that. I know I have 24mil in that account and i'm only trying to a cashdraw of 20mil; i've even tried just a straight 200k. The character name is the same as when I made it. I'm going to try again now that i've given it some time. I'll post my results

Keep in mind that the cashcode is case sensitive.

Well for what ever reason Its now allowing me to /drawcash. Is it possible that there was a security/lock due to some reason that required a cool down ? Either way its working now and nothing has changed how I typed it. I also purposely typed my name wrong to see what the error message would be and it says "err char does not exist" so we can rule out typing my name wrong. Maybe it was a glitch with my password? Who knows its working now though.

I can't remember the exact scenario but there is a condition that triggers, meaning you can't move cash on or off a character until 30 minutes have passed.

Might be talking out my arse but I've had that problem before.

I should note that drawing cash is also not possible if the target is in Bastille.

Assuming bastille is where the admins put you in "prison" no my game was a free man.

Could you tell us how you managed to resolve it, so we can also learn from it? Or what the problem was?
