Why I want to be promoted: Well, after having my first battle in New Berlin system, I think I have much more to show, I'm already familiar with the ship and incredibly increase my skills. I think they are a new range, the better I take the situations that occur every day in Rheinland systems, is being promoted as a way to see that others like what you do and with that I feel comfortable
