Proposition of new date, RHA-DHC event

I was thinking about hopefully constant event, something what could help Rhein activity problem. Here it is:


Daumann's Omega-11 Reconquest

[color=#000000]After Bonn Crisis Daumann Heavy Construction suffered big losses due to uninsured cargos lost to pirates. In a month following Bonn a dozen of transports were destroyed in Omega-7 and Dresden systems by using guerilla tactic Hessian and Unioner raiding parties, while RM desperately tried to stop Liberty Navy in Bering and Hudson. However, what is crisis can also be a chance. With reveal of Gallia and its always resources-hungry markets new route for Walker Nebula's Uncut Diamonds was discovered. Diamonds mined by Daumann. Company's leadership almost immediately ordered to secure Omega-11 once again, and prepare intensified mining operation. DHC Security Division dispatched 4 fighters to scout distant parts of system and bring information about Diamant base status. Of course increased activity of rather dormant in O-11 in last months Daumann couldn't be unnoticed by Red Hessians. Army High Command sends own patrol to detect enemy's movements, and strike smaller forces if possible. Both parties have to hurry in case of fight, radiation of dying star is higher than ever...



Description:

[color=#000000]DHC fighters will launch from Solarius and fly towards Diamant. RHA patrol will catch ships in the middle of way. Please don't camp bases/stationary hegemons, don't fly to take regens from base and don't take them from players don't participating in event. Only official factions ships are allowed, [RHA] and DHC- tagged.

It's first event planned by me, kudos to Igor and Jormungander for drafts.

Of course it's all proposition, and depending on circumstances/players' wishes can be changed

Why good trading with Barge? For this:

Some of our members pointed out snub battle in 11 isn't the best idea due to high radiation, Dresden maybe?
Btw Odins with 12 400 units powercore would have advantage over nerfed to 90% Eagles,Scrapers or Wraiths.

Don't worry, the [RHA] isn't brilliant at PvP either these days.

About Omega 11, the radiation shouldn't be too big of a problem. If you fight in areas that have less radiation, the damage from it should be minimal (i.e. maybe 5 bots throughout the whole fight). Besides, I think it's a nice additional thrill/danger factor.

As for the day and time, I'm good with Friday, don't know about everyone else though. It's the last work day in the week for most people, so they're usually at home and don't have additional obligations.

I'll try to be there on the [RHA] side. If you need any help in organizing, let me know.

Yep, sad I personally couldn't log due to thunderstorm. Event postponed, I suggest trying it in 2 weeks.
