It has come to our attention that reports of Harvester encounters and other actions against the Zoner community are becoming more widespread. These reports are now starting to clog the Council of Zoners' private Comms Channnel, to the point where they are interfering with the daily business and deliberations of the Delegates.

This new Tactical Channel will now serve as a clearinghouse for any and all transmissions regarding Zoner Defense, harvester sightings and encounters, tactical briefings, and other reports of hostilities against Zoner stations and vessels.

Please limit your transmissions to the Council of Zoners main channel to the business currently on Its Agenda, which may at times include discussions or votes regarding the Harvester issue; but will no longer accept or appreciate daily reports about their activities.

Harvester_06 - Talarca cruiser destroyed near planet New berlin today by albatros battlecruiser Wyatt Earp. All remains delivered on Freeport 2. I think Harvesters plan something bigger around Freeport 2 because it was 5th killed near this freeport.

It seems the Harvesters has made a home in New Berlin - they strike from there, and they seem to return there. I had a runin with Harvester 11 in my new bomber yesterday.

You know them bats'n'bots? Seems you need them, especially if you're flying your first bomber ever. [note to self]stock up on consumables[/note to self]. I engaged Harvester 11 (a cruiser) in Sigma-13, and escaped to New Berlin once I realized that I had only a handful of batteries and bots at hand.

"yesterday, the persephone picked up the image of a harvester vessel in omicron-delta. as the station was not in immanent danger, nor any zoners in peril, we decided not to power the ship up, but remained hidden in palau.

anyway, it shows that the harvesters made quite an efford to get here, since the alaska jumpgate is locked, they must have come a long way. i have ordered the crew to record any harvester movement aswell as the nomad movements. that means some extra work for the crew, but they aren t too busy anyway.

as long as they don t appear to attack or cripple any zoner equipment, i don t think there will be need to activly defend our space there. - most traders are well able to defend themselves here, - otherwise they would not have survived the journey through the omicrons.

Oi you lot. There is quite a bit to report, & alot of it seems like a blur now that my blood pressure has finally lowered.

So, I'm over in Omega-15 chatting with a couple of Junkers ontop of Bornholm Station, & Harvey 10 pops up on my scope. What do I do? Well, I'm in a Whale, so I run...

Trying to keep my cool, I hit the auto, & run down the hall to my media room to rumage around for that alpha thingie I wrote down. (If I learned anything tonight, it's to get organized.) Anyway, I transmit the thing & harvey 10 goes to standby mode for a nap.

I should have gotten out of there at that point, but I thought I'd be ok... because honestly, I can be stupid like that sometimes.

I head back to Bornholm to apologize to the Junkers I was previously chatting with for bringing my dirty laundry with me, & then Harvey 09 pops up.

"Oh, CRAP!" is what I think I said.

I run again, but this time I set a course for home. I blink, & Harvey 09 is closing fast. Hoping that what I heard from Shamus was indeed true, I ordered Harvey 10 to destroy Harvey 09.

Since we've already established that I can be stupid sometimes, this should come as no suprise:

With the 2 Harv's duking it out almost a klick away...I thought I'd be ok, & watched the show while patting myself on the back.

I forgot that the 09 series is tougher than the 10 series...

09 blasts 10 pretty hard, & it must've snapped 10 back to attention, 'cause as blurry as the memory is to me now, I could swear they were both coming back after me.

Yet again, I run.

Harv 10 takes down most of my hull after it had a quick lunch of my shields, & I do the alpha thingie again, this time to number 09. I give nine the new directive to protect me as I make a run through the jumphole to the nearest base.

Already beaten up pretty good by the previous rumble, number 9 docks with me on a Corsair base & begins repairs so to continue escorting me back safely to the O-49 hole.

I never expected 10 to begin a ground assault on station.

I grabbed my shotgun from under my console, powered down the Erinloch, & ran for cover out of the docking bay & down the corridor.

There were Corsair casualties...lots of 'em.

...& both the buggers got away.

I learned alot of lessons tonight.

just got in systerm near to S-19 jump gate when I notice Harvester_10 on my sensor heading stright for me
I hit cruise as quick as posible he gets closer and shoots a missile at me my cruise go's down so I hit the trust he shoots another missile which I shot down.

I hit cruise having gained 1-2k from him, he's right behind me now when I quickly throw the ship right, he go's stright on when at this point I know i've got away with my life an an no damage to ship
there was some close calls it was give an take for a moment
