I agree with you both about the military restraint(evn though I am a cap whore:P). and Being a seargent major in the UOG I know quite a bt about their politics. In fact it was a CR attack on ME tha started th war. But CR is not an official IMG faction, our treaty with IMG is unsteady, but there, only thing is that the Concul says that we should be hostile t the IMG sometimes, butthen h got ngry when I engaged some IMG NPCs. Ill get Doug over to this thread and we can talk politics with him.

Ok, Emerlist, should I add you to the list? And another thing should our tag just be [IMG]? Then should we have an additional tag added to that for cap ships and escorts?

Lastly, what about ships, for now we have the Albatoss, IMG GB, Talarca, Stinger, Civi ships(probly not the Border Worlds though).

well our ships definatly should include ALL IMG ships which includes:

Albatross
Spatial
Ravens Talon (which is my Atlantia fighter ship and can only be bought from Gran Canaria in Omega 49)
IMG GB
Talarca

these i am presuming we can have:
Vipers mk1
Battlestar + Advanced version
Mining ship
Civilian ships
Transports - although i dont think that Bretonia would allow us use of their Royal Liner since we do fight with the BMM which is one of their own companies
possibly the Virage

i thought as much that attack might of caused the war between the two factions

and i think [IMG] should be in the name but we could change it to possibly (using and example):

meaning "IMG Atlantia Escort 01" same for traders and miners only replace the 'E' with 'T' or 'M' but as i said its only a thought:)

i marked orkney as capital ... had my euphoric minute there ...


i think the IMG should be some sort of a oligarchy where the eldest families each have one member in a council. ooc: every member which was there since day one can have one char in the IMG council. if someone leaves the ranks he should be replaced. pro- and demotion of _characters_ should be important for the council i think.

i will spend some time to read rumors and stuff in like 2-3 hours. gonna keep you posted.

for the first parapgraph, one of the other things we could do is maybe doing something the Zoners have done and have some sort of register and discuss things with all the other IMG members before making decisions, but its just a thought:)

We do need a thread that is a discussion of all things IMG - and I am not talking about a roleplaying thread. this thread is moving in that direction!

And we will need an RP thread that is a discussion amongst the Guild members as we hold Guild Council meetings - or whatever we call it.

Someone needs to volunteer to screen cap all info cards on IMG base information - plus the info cards of the IMG ships. Then this info needs to be compiled. this will be helpful in fleshing out the backstory.

Also - what is the Base list for Gateway - our shipping ally?

slightly different topic...

Most IMG characters should be 'Bretonian' - ex BMM in their backstories. We should have some Rhineland refugees as well - I really appreciate your character names. It is possible that we would have characters who originally came from anywhere in Sirius. but bretonians should be the majority - based on the info cards.

The characters that fly millitary ships could have ex military in there RP backgrounds.

OK, this was my Idea for a command structure.

on top would be a Concul (or Concel or howeverits spelled)

then next, it would devide to two guys an Advisor of escorts and an Advisor of Traders

finally would be the Council

and all the rest of them underneath the council, recruitsand such.
