Guten tag,

Krüger Mineralien would like to request permission to transport station related materials and supplies through Kusari space for two reasons.

First would be needs of our station in Rheinland space that is currently being upgraded and requires materials that are produced exclusively in Kusari.
Second would be a request from our partners at Samura Heavy Industries to transport supplies to Shiojiri Storage Depot whenever we are coming to Nagano system to purchase Platinum ore from their space installation.

In either case this supplies will end up on Samura or on Krüger station. When coming to Kusari we will import commodities exclusively produced in Rheinland and ores from rich Omega systems and ensure mutual economic well being of both Kusari and Rheinland.

All of our ships are tagged with Kruger| insignia on their hulls and are outfitted with Krüger Mineralien identification transponders.

As such all vessels with the Kruger| identifcation are now allowed to transport station related materials through Kusari space.

Unfortunately, as stated in the Legal Codex, you are not allowed to construct a base in that zone. Please consult the relevant section of the Codex and send another request after finding a sector that is free for base construction.

It is disappointing that you decided to ignore the Legal Codex and construct your base before acquiring the necessary permit. It seems like this request comes as an afterthought after you realized you may not get away with that.

However, we are interested in a solution that is to the advantage of both Kusari and your group.
Therefore, we are willing to grant you permission for your base if you adhere to the necessary regulations and pay compensation for your legal infractions.

You will of course make sure your base follows the laws set in section 8.3 of the Legal Codex. All suppliers of the base must be registered as well, so please state them in your reply.
Additionally you will pay a fine of 100 million credits as compensation for your crimes.

If you cannot meet these demands we will not hesitate to remove your installation from Kusari space.

im glad that we can reach a solution here to legalize this base, also i am willing to pay the 100 million compensation as i intended to make no troubles at all - i ll transfer 100 million in the nearest time i log in to nickname "[KNF]Heikiko.Maru" and please let me know what else should i do to end this situation and turn it to full legal.
