Yes it does. You may not land a zoner 5ker on a POB if it is in house space. Even if it is with a zoner IFF.

Take the ID exactly how it is read. "Cannot dock transports"

Docking covers planets, and bases. Playerbases are indeed bases.

not sure if serious or troll. dont try to play semantics with an ID or what someone says.

Only if they are 3600 or under. otherwise you might end up on the wrong side of the admins.

Zoner POBs are not considered a zoner base as far as the ID cares. Its been stated a few different times by admins before (too lazy to look it up).

As for why, it's because of how easy abuse would be. Set up a zoner IFF base right next to the end of a valuable trade route, dock your whale there, sell goods to POB for 1 cred each, switch toons to <3600 cargo, buy back cargo for 1 cred each, and make 2 quick 1 minute trips to sell point.

This is ultimately pointless as far as the initial investment goes. Especially that this base would get blown up right away if it were in house space.

Not if it is legally registered to whichever house.
