It eats up bandwidth. Had been in lots of trouble because of this. Some people actually accused me of cheating.

My ping/lag/loss/fluct seems completely fine, just like normal, so I doubt it's a bandwidth issue.

I've tried turning vsync off, turning it on, I've tried limiting my FPS at different rates in combination with the aforementioned and nothing is working...

I've also updated my drivers a few times and I still have problems. Is there nothing I can do?

You made this thread yesterday: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=118281

Have you thought that maybe the FPS Stuttering issue you are having is because you've assembled PC's hardware parts by yourself without any knowledge ?
Who knows what hardware part isn't working right at the moment and is causing lag or FPS stuttering.
Sometimes this kind of lag or FPS stuttering also happens because certain components get too hot.

stuttering can be caused by spyware, using up random bandwidth, your ping etc has nothing to do with it

That problem was the result of the PSU cable not wanting to go in.

This problem only affects Freelancer, none of my other programs.

So I found a solution by painfully limiting myself to 30FPS ;-;

That's not worth it. I only get it in conn, generally when Battleship's etc are pewing and exploding. It causes the same FPS visible jitter that seems to occur with a lot of people at the same time. Odd considering it used to happen and then it stopped, only returning now.
