He already is buried in paperwork due to him leading the BPA team, the BPGTA is even adding to this. Right now, he is on vacation aboard the Hawaii.

Nevertheless, your vessel is considered registered from the moment a BPA Constable has received your registration fee. You thereby will not have to worry about breaking any law when transporting Nomad equipment in Bretonia space.

yes, this license is only valid in Bretonia space. As far as the BPA is informed, our ally Liberty does as well require licenses for hazardous freight transports and the like. Please contact the Liberty Police for further information.

Concerning our licenses: the BPA is not the Bretonia Convection Store, no, we do not offer any discount for multiple registrations, as reads the above description:

At this time, there is no Universal License(Faction Identity License). All individuals(characters) must be separately licensed if those individuals intend to carry any of the above listed at some point.
