Hello there, I am here representing AP Manufacturing, also known more simply as APM. APM is a ships and weapons manufacturing and development corporation. We build the ships and equipment that the BHG and our Private Military Corporation, The Core, use. We also sell this equipment to groups such as the Bretonian Armed Forces, Bretonian Intelligence Service and Bretonian Police Authority.

Our corporation is based within the Omicrons, as a result we often work very closely with The Core in our research and development of new technologies. This can lead to us often obtaining Nomad Biomatter, Equipment and Weapons.

I've heard Bretonian Research Facilities could use some nomadic material to assist in the research and development of new technologies. Perhaps you may be able to create new weapons to finally crush the invading Gallic fleets?

Therefore, I am here to request a Nomad Biomatter, Equipment and Weapons License (N-BEW License) for Core|APM- tagged ships. I have sent the payment in advance.

APM and The Core present this lucrative and unique opportunity to the Bretonian Government. No one else has such direct connections towards the Omicrons. When you think about it, it's either us or The Order. I'm doubtful they'd be as willing to cooperate as us however.

1) How secure will these shipments be? We are not aware how things are done in the deep Omicrons but here in Bretonia we have high volumes of traffic. We would like assurances that our Citizens will be 100% safe from any chance of contamination.

2) As Bretonia is regularly under attack from GRN, Corsairs and Mollys, what safeguards will you have in place should one of your Ships come under attack whilst in Bretonia?

3) What is your intended route through Bretonia to reach our Research Facilities in Cambridge?

Once these have been answered to our satisfaction we cannot see any reason why the requested Licence shouldn't be issued.

• Our Researches place the remains in highly modified containers akin to Toxic Waste Canisters, modified for it's current purpose
  
• A small handful of marines are present to ensure no external influences disrupt the transportation of the remains

This is Phileas O. Tukker from the T&T office at Houston, Texas.
I bid you hear me out concerning a corporation licencing matter according to bretonian law.

I represent a freelance trading network with a peculiar buildup :
Our Base is primarily a scrap rig dedicated to Premium Scrap recycling, in Texas.
But as we also fund and supply the Haven Memorial Clinic , an orbital Polyclinic specialized in space related paramedical and MedEvac services and radiation treatment, we have a continuous need for supplies best available in Bretonia, especially Cambridge.

Currently we are also planing on undertaking several relief convois to Leeds to help the refugees and help the civilians in need of our services, as we have managed to raise some funds through public relations work with philanthrop Investors in Liberty.

As representative of Tinker&Transport I wish to apply for the following licences as according to bretonian laws :

- Tau Trading License / Corporation License: 25,000,000c
- Medical License / Coporation License 15,000,000c

I would bid you to expand these Licences to the SRO - the Sirius Relief Organisation. As Mr. Walker, the CEO of this humanitarian organization is currently unavailable due to an attack by xenophobic liberty terrorists on a supply flight with his ship I am representing the SRO too in this matter.

Both organizations, T&T and SRO, are able and willing to pay the apropriate fee if the Licence is granted by bretonian Authorities.

We bid you to verify the License for the following transponder codes :

J/T&T/ Tinker & Transport affiliated Junker vessles
These two transponder codes share the Tinker&Transport Licence

As for our standing with Bretonia : Both Organisations are currently under libertonian jurisdicton, using freelance identification papers and transponders.
We have close ties to Junker communities in Texas and even Inverness, but we are civilian traders with an own code of conduct. We do use the expertise of our Junker skippers and Freelance Navigators for eventual blokade running, but we do not wish to carry contraband.

Also we have a full trading and support cooperation with LordMcRae and the BMF in Manchester.

We gather, from your Communication, that you are a mixture of Freelancers and Junkers? What is the make up of the Sirius Relief Organisation?

Your Communication also mentioned and we quote:

If you do not wish to carry contraband, how would your ships end up carrying it? We do hope that you will obey ALL Bretonian Laws whilst within our Space. Any infringements of these Laws will be looked at unfavourably and possibly lead to the cancellation of any and all Licences for your Organisations.

That being said, we do not expect any problems and so therefore when all assurances have been given and the money paid, with proof, for the Licences, requested, we see no reasons not to issue them to both of your Organisations.

It is true that members carrying the two protected Transponder Codes registered by Tinker&Transport have either Junker or Freelancer ID, the Junker suffix to the main transponder code identifying the Identification Papers held by the Skipper in charge.
All vessles with [SRO] transponder code fly with Freelance Identification. SRO is a philantrophic organisation dedicated to humanitarian relief logistics and led by a CEO : Mr. Walker, currently still in therapy at the Haven Clinic.

As for carrying contraband items :
A tradeable commodity transported with the appropriate license is no contraband, according to local - in this case bretonnian - laws. So we seek official clearance and licence for all tradeable commodities we wish to transport.
