A little too busy methinks. Remember that you're going to put all kinds of icons and shortcuts over it, so keep it simple.

make the outer glow of the wings not red, but the same as that of the background. Smoothen it by adding a same coloured iner-glow. not too strong this one though.
If at the bottom, it is suposed to be fire, I dont think the grass tool is ideal... either do like dop did for his outcast sig, and use a high-quality fire render, or download a decent fire-brush, colouring them with the gradient... say, the same colour of your background scheme. becasue atm it looks like reddish grass...

and you should remove whatever sweat is on the girl... they dont looks like what they are suposed to be...
