what about an additional IMG affliated faction?

1) No one has mentioned the Cardiff Mining Facility in Cambridge. This was the very first base built by IMG in Sirius. It also has a very valuable resource. Beryllium. Worth quite a bit in Rheinland.

2) I was actually able to get one of my IMG characters tagged with IMG Guard status. This makes IMG guard units in Tau-44 appear green to me. However, doing so required me to destroy BMM vessels by the bushel. This in turn, made me hostile with Bretonia Navy. Of course, I became very cosy with Kusari forces. The Broblem is, IMG has bases in Bretonia!?!? And, of course let's not forget the little conflict between Kusari and Bretonia in The Taus. I find Guard tags to be very confusing to other on-line players as well, because most ordinary players automatically see Gaurd tagged ships as red.

4) I understand CR is an official faction, and one of the original ones at that. They are a great group of folks and can always be trusted. However, why can't we share Tau-44 as our home system with them? It only makes sense.

edit: we shouldent have Tau-37 as our home system either because it has a jumphole that leads directly into the outcasts home system...which wouldent be good if they decided to move a fleet through


also the Cardiff base in Cambridge system i seem to be using alot lately as my trader:)tis actually a good base and has a few good commodities

but on the other hand we are not at war with Bretonia, BMM are just protected by the Amred Forces, so whoever is hostile to BMM is hostile to them aswell plus we have bases all over Bretonia and is perfectly viable, we have a problem with BMM not Bretonia

fursther edit: although we the event didnt go as planned tonight has been pretty well productive! =D

- we mined the fields but although we didnt sell any we have got alot stored...well we had more untill that server crash just a few seconds ago :\ (12:006am gmt)
- the warehouse has been set up and is tagged as IMG
- we got our first escort kill!:Dalthough it was 3-on-1 but we still won hehe
- we had a group of people mining the colorado fields succesfully on two occasions
- gained a possible recruit!
- transfered funds to the warehouse ready for consolodation so admins can get it when they need to


was also nice flying with the a few of you tonight and pretty fun hehe:D

OK, this is my idea, since the OC are in the Taus and are one of our main enemies they should be Hostile. And the Corsais are their enemy. But at the sae time the Corsairs are Pirates, so maybe we will put them as Tensions since they are not openly hostile, but may pirat us from time to time.

second, about the Guard tag, anyone can use a guard tag if they want, and have the time for it, pluse the thing is about friendships like that "friendship is like peeing on yourself, everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling it gives":P

well i agree on the Corsairs should be tensions/unfriendly but not at war/hostile, since we do not really fight them at all compared to the Outcasts yet they shouldent be friendly either (plus alot of people have said they should be friendly) because their NPC's attack IMG trade convoys in the Omegas and the odd one or two times in New London, maybe Cambridge aswell

and im going to stick with the normal tag:)because anyone who encounters a gaurd will automatically be red and what good is it to confuse people "hang on...he is tagged IMG but he is red! how can that be? they are neutral to me so they should be white!":)which is why im sticking with the normal IMG tag heh
although if you do go for the gaurd tag, wear it with pride! ^_^ tis hard to get

Today's event was exciting although it got off to a late start and we were plagued by sever crashes.

Good news - that last long sever crash did not cause Auximines to loose any Silver.

The silver was hauled to NT and sold for just shy of $2mill. This $$ will be turned over to the warehouse asap.

I am not going to be on much in the next few days - but I will be working on the Guild Guide...
