Lieutenant Commander Alexis Hunter has returned to active duty in the position Capital Warship Coordinator as a Captain. You'll be working with Commander Jensen. Don't let us down.

Lieutenant Commander John Graham, your consistency over time has warranted a promotion to Commander, and of course you're also now the Logistics Corps Head. Keep up the good work.

Ensign Jason May, the Admiralty feels that you are a bit overdue for promotion. Continue to impress us however, and your stay at the pay grade of Lieutenant may be only temporary.

Congratulations, now get out into space. That is all.

~ Fleet Admiral Rohj Teerin.

Cadet Valeria Alkaeva has done a fine job so far in the Liberty Navy, and the Admiralty has seen fit to promote you to the rank of Ensign. This entitles you to utilize all Libertonian snubcraft, i.e. the Liberator, Guardian, and Avenger, as well as the Upholder bomber. I'd recommend you get some of those set up and ready for combat duty. Keep up the good work, Ensign.

Lieutenant Jason May has decided to go into early retirement, acting as a recruiting officer aboard West Point Military Academy. We wish him best of luck in his future endeavors.

Keep working hard, everyone. Liberty's not going to keep itself safe.

~ Vice Admiral Nathaniel Davies.

Vice Admiral Nathaniel Davies is promoted to Admiral for his continued stellar service, both in the office and on the bridge. I hear that even our enemies respect your command skill.

Captain Rachel A. Baker is now currently listed as On Leave, citing personal reasons for her unexpected absence.

Commander Michael Morse, your aptitude for quick and reasonable thinking in the field is more than sufficient grounds for the rank of Captain. Your experience and confidence can be great examples to others; go out there and show them.

Commander Catherine Ellington, you are assigned the Special Operations Lead position, where you'll be working directly with Captain Morse.

As a long time member, Lieutenant Zoe Valentine is temporarily promoted to Lieutenant Commander. Show us what you can do.

Ensign Valeria Alkaeva, you are raised to the pay grade of Lieutenant for your quick learning skills in a strikecraft and general eagerness. Stick around, and you'll likely go much farther.

Cadet Johnathon Winchester has completed the new flight time requirements, and is therefore an Ensign. Make Liberty proud; fly well.

Be sure to check with the relevant personnel about new requisitions based on your promotions. Good day.

~ Fleet Admiral Rohj Teerin.

Commander William Jensen is granted the position of Quartermaster, having shown interest in the job and the necessary skills required of it.

Captain Marisa Marshall has been consequentially stripped of her Quartermaster title, pending further consideration from the Admiralty about her lack of time spent on the job.

Lieutenant Commander Zoe Valentine, you are further promoted to Commander, with the Capital Warships Coordinator focus. This is tentative; prove to us that you can keep it.

Cadet Alan Jones is raised to the pay grade of Ensign for completing the necessary flight time mandates. In addition to Liberty Forces fighters, you are now allowed to use the Havoc and request usage of Logistics Corps vessels from the LLS Heads.

If you believe you've been missed, contact the Admiralty and we'll see about it. That is all.

Captain Jane Hartman, it is my honor to announce your promotion to the rank of Admiral. Your continued dedication and service has been astounding.

Captain Michael Morse is raised to the position of Vice Admiral for his valued insight and support in various matters. Welcome to the Admiralty.

Ensign Alan Jones is promoted to Lieutenant in recognition of consistent assistance. I've heard many reports of respectful, obedient nature - keep up the good work.

It has been a pleasure to serve as the commanding officer over you all.

Cadet Tyrone Carter is assigned the rank of Ensign, in recognition of his completion of flight training requirements. Your efforts in curbing the pirate problem aboard Junker installations have been noted, and you're now authorized to operate the Havok Mk II bomber. In addition, you may now request assignment to Logistics Corps vessels. Welcome to the fleet proper, Ensign.

That'll be all.

Lieutenant Commander Catherine Raven is promoted to Commander in recognition of her longstanding efforts in the fighter wing. It's a pleasure to welcome you back to mid-command, Commander.

Lieutenant Alan Jones. Your ongoing commitment to the Liberty Navy has not gone unnoticed, and the Admiralty has seen fit to promote you to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. This is a big step, and we'll expect more from you as an officer and a leader from here on out.

Ensign Tyrone Carter is assigned the rank of Lieutenant in light of his continuing service.

Ensign Johnathon Winchester has finished his training cruise and is hereby promoted to Lieutenant.

Finally, Cadet Emma Lynch has completed her induction period in record time and is now a part of the Navy proper, as an Ensign.

Be sure to congratulate the above officers on their exemplary efforts. Expect additional postings to be advised via the personnel noticeboard over the next few days.

That'll be all.

Commander Nicole Hayes, the Admiralty has decided to grant you the Special Forces Lead position, alongside Commander Ellington. Additionally, Vice Admiral Morse has taken a keen interest in the ESRD, so contact him about setting things up.

Commander Catherine Raven is returned to her old focus of Fighter Wing Instructor. Coordinate with Captain Underwood for training sessions.

Good luck with your assignments, Commanders.

With the commencement of Operation Royal Flush I'm pleased to announce the following:

Lieutenant Commander Reginald Lewis is assigned the acting rank of Captain. Your contributions have been many and complete, and this one's long overdue, Captain. As I'm certain you're aware, you've been assigned to I MEF in preparation for the Leeds offensive.

Rachel Baker is rejoining the Fleet at the rank of Colonel (LMC), also assigned to I MEF, where I'm certain her experience in ground operations will prove invaluable.

That'll be all.

~ Admiral Jane Hartman.
