Done - Need a BIS| trans bar - 300 Million

So, as BIS| are being revived, We would like to request universal trans bar (Opening and closing) for BIS|. It needs a blueish colour scheme matching our colour scheme for the BIS Faction page. We'd also need our logo on it as well.

We would like the .PSD or PDD file, as well, (Can be sent to me) so we may edit it in the future. Of course first, I'd like to see the preview. Ether me, Ghost Radical or Havoc will get back to you on this.

I am putting 300 Million on the table for this so we require a top notch one. I am willing to put a little bit more on top of this, but don't push it please. I've also got a Kusari Cattle Bruiser with Hau 4 that might interest some people in a trade.
