Guten Tag, Herr White. My name is Laura Carsten and I´m polizeidirektor of Rheinland Federal Polizei. As you probably noticed, your base Cryptic Heart doesn´t exist anymore, so you know that your application was obviously denied. I don´t know if you were there when it happened, so just for your information - your base was evicted and then deconstructed by by Rheinland Military together with Independent Miners Guild, not by Rheinland Federal Polizei.

Unfortunately you made two big mistakes. First - you built your base before applying for permission. This is rarely tolerated. Next time, apply bitte -before- you start building if you want to avoid such unfortunate end of your property. Second - you built your base incredibly close to existing IMG station and also very close to Rheinland battleship, and as far as I´m informed without any discussion with IMG or Rheinland military. None of those two liked it. So my another advice is - if you want to build base close to existing one or close to any planet, especially inhabited one, ask also it´s owner first. If you don´t do that, they may consider your base as possible threat and remove it as soon as possible to prevent problems. Just like it in case of your base.

I hope you understand the situation and what you did wrong. Please don´t repeat your mistakes again. Polizeidirektor Carsten out.

We want to register the base before we setup the station.

§1.1.3. Affiliation: ALG Waste Disposal ([ALG])
§1.1.4. Purpose for the station: We want to use the station for Storage, Research and Trading
§1.1.5. Existing trade agreements: Shipping agreements where made with Kruger|, IMG|, JM| and Gateway|
§1.1.6. Location of the base: Orbit of Planet Holstein, Frankfurt

We make sure to follow the presets of:

Your application for construction of Bodensee Outpost was examined and we decided to issue conditional approval. You can begin construction of your base, however following conditions must be met:

First, you will pay registration fee of 25 million credits to account RFP|Arsenal before the construction begins.

Second, the base will be placed in described area but at least three kilometers from Holstein docking ring and also in same minimal distance from all trade lane rings of Mainz-Fulda Border station trade lane.

Third, you will remind pilots of all parties that according to Rheinland laws nearby Westerwald Nebula is restricted space so they won´t enter it during construction or later during flights to your base.

Second, the station will be placed near planet New Berlin but at least three kilometers from planet docking and mooring points and also in same minimal distance from all trade lane rings around as well as Oder Shipyard and The Ring.

Third, you mentioned that Rheinland organizations will get access. I just want to remind you that according to Rheinland laws all trade agreements with non-Rheinland corporations must be approved by Bundestag, so if you plan any in future, you should do it properly to not violate laws.
