I believe Hispania sleeper ship didn't contain only Spanish people, but also Portuguese (Logical due to proximity of both) Italians (Planet Malta), Greeks (Planet Crete), in general people around Mediterranean sea. Propably some people from south America too. So I thing Brazilian sleeper ship idea would not bring any fruit.

When you try so hard to put specific nation/county on your lore, it instantly implies you are not doing it for inRP reasons. Trying to create faction that revolves around your ooRP heritage isn't the best choice per community standards.

Bulgaria would the fall into the category of the Hispania.

Bulgarians would've either just been aboard as a nation of the Alliance,

or, some of the Coalition saboteurs that damaged the Hispania, and went off to form the SCRA could have been Bulgarian.

Either way, if they have a presence, its a small one.

I'd rather use past tense here. Minorities tend to be assimilated over the centuries.

Well. Not had a very good encounter with you guys on BIS. You ignored what we said in the first transmission you sent to everyone by coming into Bretonia. You've used the excuse that you've moved to Kansas. RP actions still count whether or not you've moved to another place. You were asked to stay out but you didn't. Anyway, this is not the main point.

That is. After we tried to escort you out, you decided to split at Birmingham, even though you were allowed to go out freely. One of you heads to Cortez and the other breaks the lane and runs. Why? When you could have gone out peacefully? That's not all. Jack Sparrow then decides to run as far as he can, breaking the law (Hence why we killed you because you failed to stop), and ruining all chances of coming back to Bretonia (IN the BIS|'s eyes)...

Oh, not to add you've made this transmission out of spite. We've got proof to back us up so it'll only look bad on you.
