Go ahead kill the meaning of bounty hunting. I mean in RP it is legit, but all you are doing that way is trolling the person on the other side for how much 5 million? Remember this is just a game.

Taking his money, killing him, and then claiming the bounty is not only legit, actually it is awesome if it fits.

He's not messing with 'YOU' personally, he's making his jerk of an RP character mess with your gullible RP character. You need to start to be okay with such things or you need to stop trying to be role play altogether.
