CLEARLY - You need more time on the server to work out this game. You have turned up, decided "This is how my faction will be" and then argue on points that aren't entirely relevant to your faction proposal. It's a recipe for disaster, and that's putting it nicely.

CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISISM - You aren't ready to lead a faction yet. Put this on hold, play here for a few months, get a feel for it and then, if you still want to, create a faction or revamp this one.

In the interest of saving you and many others mental anguish, heed my advice.

Hard to play while banned...

I do like these Nomad ships...they're...interesting. Especially the Assassin...

Allowed by server rules (ooRP), restricted by inRP laws (inRP). Didn't I stress out the difference in my last post enough? Just because you, the player, does not have to face negative consequences of something does not mean your character doesn't have to, either.

We had that, it was the techchart system, now we have the more flexible technerf system. Now you are allowed to fly almost any ship, but get more nerfs the more random combination you throw together. Put an LN ID on your Onuris and your power regeneration will be slowed down so much you won't be able to effectively use the ship.

It should go the other way. You learn the rules, you will get back onto the game.

Where did you get this theory? What is the logical basis behind an Outcast being able to buy an Atlantis-class Liberty Assault Carrier? Simply fly up to the base which sells it, because it sells it, without being shot into tiny bits of scrap metal for the joy of junkers?

You can't get the consensus ID or the K'hara ID unless you part of the primary faction on discovery. The are Indy IDs like Order secondary fleet IDs and nomad IDs but only official faction members get the pirmary IDs which you have to sign up for in the main faction thread to join

Remember however, once you part of that faction, you can't make an sub faction for it in the primary fleets

A faction proposal by a new person in Disco. Which ended up backfiring, as the knowledge of rules (ooRP info) and laws (inRP info) were missing.
And not to mention experience is a bit lacking. (Regarding what is canon-material and whatnot.)
(The rest, go read Lyth. Tongue)

And as for you Daemon, I do believe you just got off on the wrong foot, so to speak. And as you've been advised, play for a few months. Get a feel for the game and how things work around here. It's not that hard, to be honest. I went through it as well. Being careful, reading rules. Not doing anything too crazy until I gained more knowledge about this whole place.

And as Shiz said. To be a part of the Consensus or K'Hara, you need to apply through the correct sections on the forum. (Takes just a bit of exploration, no biggy.) But that, of course, is not enough for you to get in them. K'Hara has it's own way of getting in the faction. And so does The Consensus.
(In which, all of this info is accessible on the forums.)

Now, what did bother me a little bit was indeed your earlier arguments regarding new players in disco. While, indeed, those who straight up find the mod and start up straight in-game, are in a bit of a disadvantage. (As we saw in your case.) It is, however, very easy to get directed here.

There is a description tab on the server browser as you click once on a server. On the bottom left of the screen. The http link to the forums is there.
And if you're an avid Freelancer player, you would have probably (with a high chance) looked up on your items, starter ship, and any possible info you might get at the start when you first got into the server.

And one last thing, while it seemed like all you got was a lot of flak. (In your eyes, at least this is the impression I got.) A lot, and I mean, a lot. Are willing to help you to at least adapt to this environment. As I am, also.

Hit me with a PM, if you wish. I'm available. As are many others.
Best of luck to ya.

Yeah, you're right there.
I had no idea about rules, laws, bananas or corkscrews...

And, from my past experiences with joining new games, most of the people that come up and spout rules and stuff at you are LYING...
So, now I assume that anyone telling me what I can and cannot do IN A GAME is also lying.
Some people like to make you disadvantaged like that, just because you're a new player.

Much in the same way that GTA V players know that you can still kill people in passive mode...and exploit certain glitches so you cant be killed...and tell you its impossible to get the Jet or Tank when they are clearly in one...
These are things which new players wouldnt know...and wouldnt find out for quite some time.

So, when someone flies up and says "you cant have this ship in this place" why would you believe them?
If all you've done is the campaign, and some multiplayer on non-RP servers, you would be completely oblivious to the fact that you cant be a Liberty Navy guy, in a Nomad ship, in the middle of Kusari space...or whatever.

Can we put it down to genuine human stupidity and ignorance, and let me continue to play...?
I really like the game, and I really want to play with you guys...

Oh, and Faction-wise... I'll keep working on my idea.
I still think Human-Nomad descendants would be a good idea, and would fit...in theory, with the general lore and history. I just have to make sure the dates, and specific informations are correct.
Any help with THAT would be greatly appreciated...

Diablo, Leader of The DaemonS...
