Well, then let me provide this. I'm pretty sure anyone who wants to write their faction basically into the lore of the nomads, should read their lore first. Maybe this will also shed some light on, why people are very cautious if ideas like yours are presented in the way it is.

What are you implying, Nomads had sexual reproduction with their enemies? You're crazy. It is biologically impossible to even be plausible in the first place. Parasites just don't reproduce with their hosts.

Good way to get yourself banned permanently if you ignore all rules alltogether... unless you simply ignore RP laws, then you'll be propably reduced to most hated group on the server capably of launching only from a couple of freelancer stations. Saying "hate", whether this evovles to player-player level it would depend on your behaviour.

No offense intended but a some players simply chose this downward spiral and refuse to co-operate with folks here much to their dismay (or some weird sense of fun).

There are ooRP rules and inRP laws. ooRP rules have to be followed or else you'll get banned/slapped/sanctioned/bank deleted/whatever, but you aren't technically bound by inRP laws. Of course, if you don't follow inRP laws, you're also bound to be fined/arrested/shot.

Well, when lacking an trustworthy source to know what you can and can not do, you can check it up with the Staff for an insightful and trustworthy opinion. I recommend the Angels (in white lettering), since their main task is to help players to get up to speed into playing the game.

Not that the opinions and remarks left here by everyone else are to be discredited, mind you. In the middle of most criticism there is a considerable amount of truth in it.

That's not what he proposed though. He spoke about hybridization through a human and an infectee getting a baby, which is really out of lore. The hybridization mentioned in the Nomad Lore is something entirely different.

There's no real incentive for a Nomad infectee to make a baby with another Wilde or a normal human. Besides lore-wise I am not sure if that's possible considering some real far fetched mutations introduced by the parasite.

Unless your a member of Das Wilde, Aoi Isijien, the Gallic Infected, D9 or the other infected/spector's; This won't happen.

Infected persons are controlled by primary faction's as well and only K'Hara leadership are allowed to infect people upon their request.

Not to mention most infected are sterile anyways so they can't have kids, even if they did, their infected and follow the orders of the nomads anyways (the kids)

You've not brought this up with the K'Hara or the Infected factions for this to even begin to work anyways as infected people are all nomadic RP.

But going back, in discovery, never once has infected personal 'mated' with other unless it was some primary faction RP.

But it also comes down to this, your infected or your parents are? The Order will kill you and everything you stand for before you get the chance to open your mouth; we don't care if your peaceful, we don't care if your not hostile, we don't even care if your our friend, we will still shoot you for just being infected

Unless you bring it up to Yuri or Moveit56, it won't happen. Like; ever, their the leaders of nomadic RP and unless they show it and tell you, it won't happen.
