The Kusari Police will update this database when new cases are opened or old ones are closed. If you find yourself here in the database you'll have to get in contact with the Kusari Police. The Naval Forces can inform the Kusari Police when they have some individuals that can include to this list.
The database will be split in different sections. Especially in 3 sections:
1. List of individuals who did not payed their fine.
2. List of Smugglers and Embargo violaters.
3. List of Pirates and Terrorists (shoot on sight)
If you are listed in one of those lists you can use this channel to seek out and converse negotiate the terms of your punishment/surrender. All the Fines go to [KP]Bank and proof will be posted here below (with timestamp). Persons that do not comply within one week will be revoked to dock and the law enforcers will be hostile to you or your organisation.
The Kusari Naval Forces shal not use this channel but use a more "secure" channel.
