I arrived today at around 25:00 NBT that's New Berlin Time, i'm gonna have to get used to it, i can already feel the time lag. I've always been working around the New Tokyo clock on Yanagi, strange since New Berlin is in the very next system but I spose the GMG haven't been too cosy with the Rheinlanders after the 80 year war.

I've started this personal log to record my findings in the Gruinder Debris fields. I'm used to excavating Rheinland metal, after all i spent almost 4 New Tokyo years on the busted up Rheinland cruisers left behind after the war. I must admit i'm looking forward to getting started, all the info on the station that was in the orbit of Skagen is either unknown, non existant or classified.

Okay, my Collector is all kitted out and ready to Launch. Most of the other Junkers here only care about the value of the metal flying about and nothing else. I can't see why the Junkers are interested in uncovering the secrets of Gruinder but I prefer excavating as opposed to shooting at chunks of metal all day so it dont make no difference to me.

I asked around last night to see what people knew in General about the debris field, but all I got was a bunch of obsurd superstitions and unfoundered rumors. Nobody seems to have found anything out about the field, so i intend to.

I started excavating the remenants of the ship depot and found that judging by the structure that this station (not to my surprise) was built under Rheinland architecture. I have a hunch that by judging by all the free floating scrap that the station was destroyed by a large internal explosion. An external explosion would have left the station more intact, and easier to classify. It appears the depot was blown off and thrust away from the station jujging by the intact escort of convoy 99. It was then most prbably battered by other debris and shrapnel hence the destruction of most of dock 2 and the observation tower.

As for now Il return to Bornholm, and ask about any contact made with Rheinland about the station.

I asked my CO about the previous attempts to try and make Rheinland cough up that it was indeed one of their stations. So far apparently there had been no success, Rheinland denied all proposals for information and claimed not to know anything about the station or the details of planet Skagen at that until the explosion. They did however admit to sending several reconnaisance patrols out to Skagen and the Walker Nebula after they withdrew from Omega 15 during the war.

Personally I think that Rheinland is definatley hiding somthing from us about the station that was in the orbit of Skagen.

Today i started excavating the remains of the oxygen storage tank and the remnants of the main module and i managed to piece together that this statio must have been pretty big to demand two modules of tanks. The station here could be very similar to Freeport 4, more like two Freeport 4's built to one.

I also managed to piece together that the explosion must have been near the centre of the station judging by the extensive spherical damage to both of the containers and the sheer obliteration of the main module. The main module is bareley a few strands of support beams and sheets of metal strung together.

I have calculated that the explosion would have been so big and so sudden that even if any escape pods had been jettisoned they would have been engulfed by the inferno or torn up by the Flying Debris.

Today I wanted to look at the remnants of Convoy 99 but some Junkers from the collection division decided to reboot the Transports and bring them in for scrap, so far they've managed to start up the operating systems but the engines are gone. I don't have much time to excavate them cos when those ruffians manage to get the engines started I can kiss Convoy 99 goodbye.

So as an alternative I continued to research the Main Module and try and figure out what the stations purpose may have been.

No progress today, i have no idea when the collectors will bring in Convoy 99 but the only thing that is certain is that it will end up at Culebra Smelter due to the severity of the damage.

For the past two days I havn't managed to get at Convoy 99, its been put under the authority of the collectors division which basically puts me out of the picture. However I did manage to get a small look at the sole Escort of Convoy 99. I could not get to it since the dock doors blocked my access, i'd probably have to call in a repair ship to open it up for me. But it looks as if the collectors do not know of it's existance which is good.

It's a Hammerhead Bounty Hunter Very Heavy Fighter, and it seems to be more intact than the Transports, weapons seem to have either been destroyed in the explosion or looted by a trigger happy junker because there seems to be a few damage marks along side the hard points.

I am going to be able to get to land on Skagen with a Junker expeditionary toorrow which should give me some more junk to make of.

We landed on Skagen not 45 minutes ago, weird place. I'm not gonna give you the masterpiece image but basically its like a desert, a rock hard ground, with all sorts of plant growing out, I havn't seen any sign of animal life but i'm sure i will soon.

I've come across several pieces of the station, their all mostly components of modules and dont supply me with any more info than i already have. We've got to wear these containment suits because of the high amount of Carbon Dioxide in the air makes the atmosphere unbreathable for humans.

I've got another 2 hours here, i might aswell make the most of it.

Weve finished our expedition on Skagen and iv'e brought back more souviniers that I would have liked to. Very interesting some of the finds on Skagen. Along with pieces of the station i found inside certian pieces, weaponry that i have never seen before, not even in Nomad weaponry. These mountable cannons were somthing else. I also found a few consoles, remnants of a few ship in flight computers and a conciderable amount of Light arms.

I will attempt to try and reboot the computers and try and bring back some ancient memory that might tell me who ran and why tis station was built.

But for now, I have two days leave from my CO and I feel like a small vacation to Baden Baden, all these damn nebulas are making me insane.

I'm back from Baden Baden, it wasn't as great as i'd anticipated. I tried hitting the casinos but nothing came my way so I spent most of my time in my hotel room or in the pilots bar talking to Rheinlanders and Freelancers.

I've played around with the in flight computers but all I can get is mainly embed screens, and ROM files. However there is one thing that continues to keep my hopes up. A small in flight computer, it's still intact and manages to boot up when hooked up to a power supply. The files on it are said to be deleted and sent to a piece of hibernating hardware somwhere in Omega 15. Luckily i could trace the recipient, it's still in the process and it looks as if it's going to take a few hours until it's completed. As for now i'm heading out to the Debris field, the repear crew are here to pry open the hanger doors to the convoy of patrol 99. Hopefully it will fill in a few blanks.
