The subtext here is that the anti-Bretonian side doesn't actually need any more players, judging by the last time I attended.

That, and it makes no sense for Corsairs to be as far into Bretonia as Edinburgh, anyway.

Meh. While it may be in their ZOI, I would say they definitely don't fulfill the bolded part here:

All factions with a reason to be there and a legit ZOI are allowed.

I mean the nearest Sair base is likely battleship Fez which is miles away. I can't see the justification for being there on a Sair, and if you really want to bring a Sair ship, why not bring a Gaian? Edinburgh is their home system after all.

But what do I know, I didn't make this event.
