Why I want to be promoted: I have quite a few contacts out the the Omicrons and i feel i have much better uses outside of Rheinland, mostly in material retrieving and intelligence and electronic warfare and research and development. I'd also like to establish contacts that could favor the Buro and Rheinland while fulfilling my own interest in gaining technology and knowledge at the same time.

Thus i'm requesting a promotion into the Agent and Undercover operations that can keep my true alignment a secret, i hope our mutual "Contract" with the Buro can benefit both sides.
