I've actually been in the fights and talked with others who were in the events I missed. So, I'm not just pulling these notions out of thin air.
I also don't find the fact that you whine about getting ganked now is irrelevant to the fact that you weren't complaining as long as it was you on the winning/ganking side previously. It's not so much that I am self-righteous, as it is I find your blatant hypocrisy annoying.
If you opened your eyes for once, you might see that there's more than just me making complaints.
You can prattle on as much as you like about how bad BAF| players used to get dumpstered 'back in the day'; that won't change the fact that these events suck for anyone trying to oppose the swarms of Crecys and Dunkirks that swarm around blasting everything. You can say what you like about GRN| being good at trashing the competition 'way back when', but at least we could put a leash on our indies when it was required, too, rather than weakly floating around while 600 indie HMS clean Dublin out for us. The fact that you're even drawing that comparison shows that you don't give a toss about the quality of these event series - rather, you're just here to take cheap digs against me and my faction because you're unable to get over winding up on the wrong end of a blue message.
Go on, take a stroll through the thread and actually read the variety of complaints. Or - let me guess - Jack & co. are all dedicated, die-hard GRN players who are unjustified in their complaints as well, right?
Thank Christ people like Thunderer and Cashew don't share your attitude, else there really would be no hope at all for this series.
If you don't have anything to say about the event series, nor any suggestions towards making them a better experience for all parties involved (and not just twenty halfwit indies holding RMB on everything red that pops up on their scanner), then please feel free to share them. Otherwise, if your intent is just to spew vitriol at me and call me a hypocrite for trying to improve things, I'd like to invite you to leave.

Of course, since this is Disco, perhaps it's unreasonable to expect that people with no actual knowledge of PvP would do the community a service and not try to talk about it, instead of forging on regardless.
Maybe you should consider either showing up to the events and seeing firsthand what all the fuss is about, instead of dragging up "lol but we got gankereinoed too!" as if it in any way validates your points. I would consider it a common courtesy to actually try and get some of the facts before I stormed in and made a big self-righteous post about anything - wouldn't you agree?
The "fuss" as I recall was because you weren't ready and you got ganked, which you did the BAF destroyed you guys and yea were going to mention the past, you guys are making the same complaints we did a year ago. Highland is right you get ganked get over it. It happens to everyone and now that the big mighty GRN valor fleet is dying all the people that joined the GRN because "hey they have valors and a big fleet so lets just add to the chaff" are complaining because there feeling what gank is like first hand. You get ganked or have a bad day it happens to everyone. unless people cheated don't complain.

So get more people in dessies! You guys have corsiars on your side. And your fighting in Dublin DUBLIN the one system were the most BAF rouge group is. The Mollys have plenty of crusiers get them to help.

I actually do care about the series, and I want it to continue. What I don't like is to hear complaints about ganking and blah blah about one side when both are equally guilty of it.
I also don't enjoy having to fly my Paladin through swarms of Valors and Lynxes just to get 2 shots on a Cougar before I get popped.
Now, you've apparently just decided to counter that complaint with the equivalent of "you obviously suck at PvP, so your opinion on the matter doesn't count."
I could just as easy come back at you with "well, next time bring enough Valors and Cougars to deal with all the Crecys and Dunkirks instead of coming on here and complaining about it," but you seem to think there is a major problem with that.
I'd say enjoy the fight for what it is, regardless of how my blues you do/don't end up with.
Also, not trying to make this personal (if you actually read my first post, I was trying to be polite even). You seem to keep wanting to throw out the veiled insults. I'd rather not go there. Take the advice for what it is or don't.
You guys have way more allies in this fight system and setup, you have the gians, corsiars, and mollys. We have outcasts and 1 council member who shows up. We had 3 dessies and 3 BS and a lot of snubs you guys are the GRN you are like known for snub power! And the valor is totally OP! Get people to come don't complain do something about it. I care I advocated in these posts for GRN having more people when I got ganked by your GRN friends back in the day at leeds I did not complain I practiced got better and encouraged people to join our side.
Can we stop bickering please? I'm logging GRN, and I suggest anyone who has GRN characters to do the same. If the teams are unbalanced then we will even it out.
One thing I must stress is to try to be on time. It's a pain waiting for 30-40 minutes, it's also a pain getting swarmed when half your team doesn't show up.

Have a nice evening all.
I stopped, and I agree cashew people should get in more GRN caps and snubs make the fight more fair.
It starts in 2 hours. I should be there on time. I probably won't participate in the next event though.
I had already posted an advice about ganking. Don't worry, one side can't gank every time. If it does, we are almost completely in power to change that, as most of us have chars on both sides.
