Uhm ... helium in Pennsylvania is not even slow to mine ... You mine it really fast there. Just watch the video, it will show you how to mine it the right way

May I ask what ship, ID, IFF and guns are you using to mine Helium-3?

You should also consider joining an official mining/hauling faction such as the IMG| where people often mine for each other and go on large convoys together to sell the ore and make a good profit. That is a great way to learn some new trade routes, get rich and have fun with a group of friends.
